What Makes CFIT Different

CFIT came out of survival — not strategy.

I didn’t build this brand because I wanted to hop on a fitness trend. I built it because I needed it. When I was going through cancer, the work I had done in the gym — the strength I had built — helped save me. That experience changed everything.

So I made a decision: if I got through it, I’d use that second chance to help other people get strong before life tries to take them out.

At CFIT, we train differently. It’s not just about muscle — it’s about mindset.
You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep showing up.
